  Great experience

  Liked: The place is amazing! Public transport stops are conveniently located nearby. The room was wonderful, with a beautiful view, and the staff were incredible!

  Overall ok

  Liked: Very friendly host - Ana. Very accomodating and helpful at all times.

  Disliked: Room was comfortable but somewhat insular - interior with just a window looking out on the inside patio. Therefore there was virtually no natural light from outside. No lift, therefore Ana has got accustomed to carrying the travellers' luggage for them up the stairs.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Valencia. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and places of interest. A special mention must go to Anya at reception, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay and always made us feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. We would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: We were unable to purchase cold water when we arrived as we didn’t have coins and the drink dispenser didn’t accept cards. We also had to take our bags up the stairs after a long and tiring transfers.

  Average, for a short break in the city

  Liked: The location was great, the room was basic but had everything we needed for a few nights in the city.

  Disliked: The hotel is on a busy road so couldn't open the windows at night time, we had to use the AC which was noisy. Also the shower was so small it was almost unusable, shame because there is enough room for a bigger shower tray. Also the wifi was poor.

Good to know

Please note, rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 and 14:00, without any additional cost. Cleaning staff will not enter the room without the guest's authorization.

One set of towels is included per guest, extra towels are available for EUR 1 per piece.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.

Check-in times are as follows:

- Monday to Saturday: 12.00 until 14.00 and 16.00 until 20.00

- Sunday: 12.00 until 16.00

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms have the same facilities but are decorated differently. You may not be in a room which looks exactly like the photos shown.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
