Fabulous
amazing apartment with everything you need, Large rooftop terrace and an amazing view
Liked: amazing terrace on the roof where we sat most of the time, also the beds were quitte nice and the screens made sure it was really dark in the sleeping rooms. the kitchen was also well equipped. everything was nice and would recommend it any day.
Disliked: The bathroom was quitte small for the stay with 5 persons and an extra toilet would also be nice. but it was doable.
Overall very good and pleasant
Liked: Great accommodation. Clean and quiet. Supermarkets are near, washing machine in the room, small drier rack and small balcony also there. Kitchen had all that was needed. Spain actually provides recycling bins, so paper, recycling, compost and household waste, also as Glas can be separated. AC was very good and powerful. Ana welcomed us very nicely. Great communication over Booking App. We will consider booking this again if we want to visit València again.
Disliked: There is no reception, so keeping an eye on arrival time and messaging in booking is important. They’ll send you the information there.
Liked: Very nice accommodation in an excellent location. The hosts are very friendly and respond to messages as quickly as possible.

Not Recommended. Stay Away!
Disliked: We cannot recommend this property. During our stay, a water leak from the apartment caused damage to one of my student’s laptops. Since reporting the incident, we have spent weeks trying to obtain a response and a claims procedure from the management. The property repeatedly stated that our request had been forwarded internally but never provided any concrete update or solution. We eventually had to ask Booking.com to intervene, yet the issue remains unresolved. Problems can occur in any accommodation. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, in our experience, the management showed very poor communication and no willingness to address the situation in a timely and professional manner.
