  Liked: This apartment is in a handy location for the Turia park, and visitor attractions, and is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It has a nice little outside seating area, and big sliding glass doors. It was quite a warm apartment, but did have a good air conditioning unit

  Pleasant apartment in a good location

  Liked: Good area, easy access. There was a ceiling fan on the terrace, which circulated the air well. Dishwasher tablets were provided.

  Disliked: It could have been with a few more plates and glasses, there weren't even enough wine glasses for the number of people in the apartment. We had a cockroach problem in the bathroom, they sent a cleaner, but he didn't do anything about the cockroach. This problem would be worth solving if there are no residents in the apartment.

  Overpriced with unpleasant host

  Liked: The bed was comfortable and there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen.

  Disliked: Very dark shoe box feeling. Felt more like an overpriced bunker than a comfortable stay. Overpriced! The host was also very unpleasant. I stayed only two nights and one day I have had over 20 WhatsApp messages from her about nonsense and including lots of spelling errors. No tourism professionalism. Also my checkout time got changed from 11am to 10am and she kept harassing me about that. I’ve never had such a terrible experience where I have to deal with the his so much - especially since non of the interactions were started by me. When I needed a professional invoice I had to explain what I needed since it’s not the receipt that booking.com provides but something the owner has to provide. The AC didn’t work properly. Once turned on it worked well for a few hours and then it was impossible to change the temperature or switch it off. That was extremely annoying since the AC was right above the bed and was very loud. I changed the battery of the remote and that didn’t help. The toilet seat was not attached properly. Also in the kitchen there was a salt and pepper shaker - both empty. Same with the oil and vinegar bottle. It’s better to leave that kind of decoration out or fill it properly. Next time in Valencia I’ll be staying at a hotel because at least you’re dealing with professional staff there. I hope they start prohibiting these kinds of businesses because we need more quality accommodation and not another scammy wannabe holiday home.

  It was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: We stayed in this room for 3 days and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The room was poorly equipped. There was no kettle, no coffee cups, no detergent for the washing machine, and only a few forks, spoons, and plates in the cupboards. The toilet seat was broken. I had already seen this mentioned in a review from one year ago, so it seems that it has not been repaired for a very long time. Also, there was no shower cabin, only a shower curtain, even though the photos showed a cabin. Although the property claims to have a balcony, what they call a “balcony” is basically part of the entrance area and directly connected to the street, so it does not feel private at all. The location was also a problem. Since the room is right on the street, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, drunk people hit the metal bars near the entrance late at night, which was very disturbing. Finally, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sleep on it. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

  Liked: It is a nice flat, with original internal disposition.

  Disliked: The listing says there is a couch on which one can sleep. Which is not the case - the couch is stiff as a log and it is a pain to even lay down on it.
