It was perfect for my needs
Liked: This is student accommodation and I was visiting my student son. He was staying here so it was perfect. It is brand new and super clean and efficient
Disliked: If I was on a vacation trip, note that this is student accommodation and a little walk away from 2 good train connections into the city
Liked: Everything was good
Disliked: It's difficult to find place to park the car
Liked: Calm place
Great and pleasant stay at Valencia
Liked: Easy of check in to accomodation and very private room too. Quite spacious and had a pleasant stay for the evening.
Disliked: Too far from the airport to be honest but otherwise rest was fine.
Staff service dissapointed. Room clean and tidy
Liked: I like the bedroom and bathroom it was tidy and clean
Disliked: On arrival on the morning the staff that receive us was very rude also was unable to communicate on English. We arrive around 8:00 am staff explain to me this is not time to come so the check in open until after 3:00 pm. And explain room is not ready. We say that is fine since we came to drop the bags and we were going to came back after 5: 00 pm. We ask politely if we can use the bathroom and after a few minutes the same staff came banging on the toilet door saying we need to come out in a rush since cleaner has to clean inmediately the bathrooms. We came out quick and she say we cannot use bathroom for long time since she check time I went in toilet. The staff complain to me telling i been in toilet over 10 minutes and was not acceptable. I say i was just getting fresh up and changing my clothes since I came from long trip. Staff say we cannot use the bathroom for change of clothes and find somewhere else to do. I explain if she can understand a little and give chance to get changed after cleaner finish her job in bathroom. She was keeping complaining and looking upset to us. We were feeling very unconfortable. We left the bags on safety room storage and left dissapointed with the service on this staff. The air conditioning turn off regularly as well
Liked: The place was clean and tidy. The room had a decent size and was spotless.
