Liked: Excellent location, close to all the main attractions. We didn’t need any transportation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great manager Mert, great location
Liked: The location was excellent, but really the high point of our visit there was the property manager Mert. He was spectacular from the time we arrived till we checked out and even helped us and answered some questions during his off hours. He’s a very nice young man and I would say encountering him was the highlight of the stay there. He was the most helpful concierge we have ever encountered and we travel a lot. The rooms are dark with limited direct sunlight or windows so we accidentally slip 13 hours which we never do.
Disliked: The rooms could’ve been a little larger per hour taste, but it provided everything we needed for our stay
Nightclub in basement, thin walls, AI communication. Not ideal
Liked: If there wasn’t a nightclub in the basement of the building the location would have been perfect.
Disliked: Nightclub in the basement meaning large drunk and drug dealing crowds gathered outside in the pedestrianised street from 3am until 7am. Thin room walls so you can hear everything. Communication and check in is done via AI on WhatsApp. I did not feel comfortable giving passport details on WhatsApp as just after booking we received a scam WhatsApp purporting to be the hotel but it was a fake profile asking to confirm booking info details. Luckily I checked with Booking.com and they confirmed it was a scam.
