Liked: The facilities and fittings in the hotel are what would be expected for a 3 star hotel. The staff are helpful and nice. Something that families need to take note of is that the bathroom has no door and privacy will be an issue if that bothers you. The linen has also not been properly washed with multiple fine hairs that can be seen. There is a small lift which takes sometime to go between the 2 floors.Positives are the great cold water filter at reception which is great for filling our water bottles everyday and the rooms are spacious.
