Exceptional
Liked: The staff were amazing and so helpful. We had an early flight on morning leaving they sorted taxi and a breakfast hamper. The Flamenco music night on the rooftop bar was a nice experience too. Great central location for shopping, sites, eating out.
Good location and breakfast with pleasant staff, however not enough storage in the room and disappointing rooftop bar
Liked: Great location and good breakfast. Very nice that they recognised our son’s birthday.
Disliked: Not having drawers or a dressing table in the room. Lack of music and lighting in the rooftop bar, making it a huge disappointment.
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Small rooms and not enough space for 2 medium size suitcases
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the coffee was excellent. Furthermore, the location is very convenient, as it is close to many nice places in the city centre.
Disliked: Nothing
Great location in the city centre
Liked: I liked the location which is directly on the main shopping street. The breakfast was also delicious. The personnel on the reception was really helpful.
Lovely base to explore a great city
Liked: Lovely breakfast, great location, nice rooftop bar
Disliked: Our room was big and comfy but not much natural light
