Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Size of room was great. Location is great although a bit sketchy near the bus station. Close enough to walk to the old town on our own.
Disliked: Rooms are very noisy. People pounding around at all hours upstairs. We could hear everyone in the hallways. No sound insulation. And our toilet ran when floors above flushed.
Great service and hotel let down by poor wifi
Liked: staff and breakfast
Disliked: wifi, i was there and business and needed to work. i told the staff 3 times, they gave me an upgrade token. still the same. i had to come to reception to work.
Home away from home
Liked: The location is excellent and the facilities are renovated recently. Fits for business travelers, families or solo traveles. The staff are helpful, knowlegable and profesionals. I extend my recognition and thanks to Mr Hernando at the front desk for his profesionalism amd ensuring my staywas pleasant and memorable in NH hotel.
Disliked: I can not think of any
Disliked: Being charged €7 for a glass of milk from room service when we requested milk cartons
Liked: Amazing city views, cozy pool bar and swimming pool. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean.
Disliked: The area around the hotel wasn’t the best and it was hard to find English-speaking staff, although they were still welcoming enough and trying their best to assist us.
Liked: Very good location, new and modern rooms, helpful staff, very clean! One of the best places I've ever stayed.
