Great location, clean rooms
Liked: The location was good, the hotel was really clean

Liked: We particularly appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, which made exploring Valencia very convenient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food, and our room was cleaned and maintained regularly throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the older gentleman who also works at the bar. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a very positive impression on us.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our first impression upon arrival was not the best. The receptionist who welcomed us seemed irritated and rather unfriendly, and his manner came across as somewhat rude. After a long journey, a warmer and more welcoming reception would have been appreciated. Thankfully, the rest of the staff, particularly in the restaurant, made our stay much more pleasant.
Nice place to stay and discover Valencia
Liked: The staff are very helpful and professional and they extended all their support to ensure my stay was pleasant. I would like to recognize Miss Selma for her assistance and help.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.
Cheapish and functional, close to the Cuitat des les Artes
Liked: The location is ideal, very near the Cuitat de les Artes. The price was also slightly cheaper than others I've stayed at in Valencia. The pool and sauna are also good.
Disliked: It feels more like a conference centre than a hotel. You don't stay here for the style or the decor. My room, while clean, wasn't a bit drab and pokey.
Definitely not a four star hotel! Comfy bed and great location but amenities are lacking
Liked: Great location! Bed was very comfy, shower was good and it was super clean
Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in our room. We could see other rooms had this as there was replenishments on the cleaning trolleys. We asked at reception if we could get a kettle but were told no without any reasoning. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so there was nowhere for us to get a hot drink in the morning at the hotel. The property description says there is a coffee shop on site, this is not true. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the sauna. When we went to use this is was turned off so we had to switch it on and wait and hour for it to heat. The general pool/sauna area is not very nice.
Liked: Nicest personel and accomodation, best breakfast buffet ever seen.
Disliked: The parking garage is horror, €800 damage because it is too small for modern lange electric cars. The damaged walls prove me right. The minibar is very noiisy at night.

On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant is completely closed.
