Very good
Liked: The location is perfect but everything else was not what i expected.
Disliked: The room is not big but its ok for two days. Bed was comfortable however sleeping can be difficult because there is no soundproofing at all you can literally hear everything from everywhere. First night in and i saw a giant cockroach. Wrote to the staff but they never reply on time and never read what you say on time to help. The under the bed was dirty. A crazy Italian guys started yelling all afternoon and night was very scary. He kept throwing things and we were very much disturbed. Also my payment was taken twice and never got my money back. They said they received just once the payment but my account was charged twice and i showed them proof.

Liked: Great location in the heart of Valencia, within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and many of the main sights. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything was very straightforward. A great base for exploring Valencia.

Liked: The location was fantastic. The room was a fair size, well decorated, clean, good facilities, fairly priced, air conditioned, ceiling fan, brilliant. The location really was the best part though.

Disliked: No easy point of call for entry. Power cuts all through the day and night, flashing lights and beeping waking us up all hours. Very very small rooms. Leaking shower.

Disliked: Couldn't get the air con to work. The instructions didn't apply to the remote in the room. Unbearably hot No one answered the 24/7 help number
Great location for a night in Valencia
Liked: Location was central, a few minutes on foot from the train station and the city centre. The room was small, but it had everything you may need for a couple of days. They have a share kitchen where you can have free tea, water and coffee, super nice
Disliked: The electricity went on and off for a few seconds every ten minutes. It would have been a great spot for a hide and seek in the dark game. It happened that we were in the shower and the room went total black for a couple of seconds… this electricity problem influenced also the elevator that sometimes didn’t work or felt unsafe (we were on the 6th floor).
