Exceptional
Liked: Fantastic location, beautifull beach is 3 minutes walking far away. Appartment is perfectly equiped, with great terrace, nice and clean. Owner is very kind, always ready to advice and help. He did a special favour to us and allowed very early check in. City bus station for direct drive to the downtown is 30 meter away. Building has a nice pool which photo is added here
Disliked: In general we were very satisfied. Don't have any objection.
Liked: Fabulous apartment, great facilities, everything you could need (including water filter tap which was well used!) Beautiful roof garden. Ideal location, a few mins walk from beach, as was bus stop to city. Padel court, lovely swimming pool. Great host, responded immediately to any questions. No hesitation in recommending
Disliked: Nothing specially- some shaded areas at pool works have been welcomed in heat
We were happy to stay here and will be glad to return one day

Liked: We have been here for a four days and everything was such as described (maybe even better) and we are very satisfied with our stay here - I can say excelent. If we come to Valencia again someday there will be no hesitation to pick this place again for our stay.

Liked: Absolutely lovely place, including all necessary equipment for beach entertainment and summer vacation. Great location, pool inside, clean and comfortable apartment.
