Very good
Liked: Nice, big room with large, comfortable beds.Very clean. Good location with bus stops nearby and subway not far away. Friendly staff.
Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The airconditioning was nice in the summer. The location was great, it was near bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Disliked: Even though the room was nice it was very small. Also the swimming pool felt quite worn down and dirty.
Liked: Absolutely wonderful, caring staff speaking great English - they helped us greatly and offered solutions to our questions, we felt really cared for. Average room size-wise, but big enough for our needs - a big wardrobe space was a huge plus. Our room had a small balcony where we could chill. Breakfasts are nice enough and the room was always very clean. The city center seemed to be really crowded and hectic - we really enjoyed the fact that our hotel was a little bit further in Mestalla, but still close enough to walk to the center. Good AC. Would recommend and stay here again.
Disliked: Sometimes there was a faint sewer smell coming from the bathroom - not sure if fault of the hotel as on those days we could smell it in some other areas of the city as well. You can hear other people coming/going out of the rooms nearby - the doors closing are quite loud.
Liked: Good hotel and the rooms were quiet

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfy beds hot shower. We had a ground floor room it was a nice size, but when i opened the curtain view was a big SUV!! Tried to upgrade but no rooms available- Breakfast €9 each. I think was worth it. Indoor pool, we didnt use it...but it was used by other guests. About 40 minutes walk to the beach. We had a late flight home, check out was 12 and they kindly locked our luggage away till we left for the airport at 8.30pm..
Disliked: Didn't realise we had booked a room with no balcony as photo does show a small balcony. Hotel has no outdoor areas.
Wonderful time and very accommodating
Liked: The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful! The room was nice and bed was huge!
Disliked: No issue but the window was just out into a little nook rather than overlooking a road. Just a preference not an issue
