Very good
Great stay
Liked: The hotel feels small-ish and I almost walked by the entrance. But the location is unbeatable. You are right in the middle of everything with a only a few minutes to walk to the super-charming old town or other districts filled with shops, restaurants, bars and so on. In terms of noise my room turned away from the street, so street noise was a non-issue. Nothing to remark about the room - good size, great beds and great bath room.
Liked: Nice room and bed.

Convenient stay for a weekend
Liked: The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport by metro, with the journey taking around 20 minutes. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Colón metro station, which is really convenient. There are also plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area, making it a great location for exploring the city. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was a good size for two people, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The room temperature was pleasant too, and the shower was spacious. The sink was located outside the bathroom, which I'm not a huge fan of, but I can see how it could be practical when sharing a room. Overall, I was expecting a little more for the price, but it was fine for a weekend stay.
Disliked: Our room was on the second floor, right in front of the elevator, so we could hear some noise from people coming and going. Unfortunately, there were also roadworks taking place outside at night, which added to the noise. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite unreliable and didn't work particularly well during our stay.
Liked: Super comfy bed with extra soft bedding. Great location.
Disliked: There are some works in progress on the street so it ruined the view from the terrace which I paid extra, the noise was a little disturbing, but when it passes it will be all fine. Parking is not within the hotel but in El Cortese across the street and is paid for 20eur x day insted of 25eur.
Excellent location, spacious room, and outstanding cleanliness!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Numa Madrid Fuencarral. The location was the highlight—right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. We were really pleased with everything, especially the cleanliness and the fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city - see you again!
Liked: Fantastic location in the heart of Colon across the road from the metro stop and close walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Beds comfiest I have had whilst staying in Spain. Fantastic rooms, spacious, brilliant air con, amazing shower and everything you would need for a long weekend in the city. Staff were all very friendly and helpful in particular the young gentleman who helped me locate my wallet when I left it in a taxi - he organised for the driver to come back and give me it to me. I didn’t get his name, he was working around 7:30pm on the 30th August - if the hotel gets this feedback, please give him a massive thank you from me. Back drop before/after check in is very much appreciated. Anything asked at the desk more than happy to help and resolved when I had a charge even though I purchased my own items from the Mercado to put in the fridge.
Disliked: The bed frames are a little sharp on the edges and myself and my father in law did on occasion catch ourselves on the metal so it’s just one to keep an eye on.
