  It is completely ok for one-night stand. For longer time that is not the best option

  Liked: The location not far from the sea and pretty clean.

  Disliked: On the other hand, it is located in a block of flats what means that parking is not always available. There can be pretty loud, and taking into account that our room was on the ground floor, the open window destroyed all privacy: the pedestrians were going by very close to our window.

  Liked: The room was clean and cozy, the beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of cafes nearby where you could grab a bite. The price/quality ratio was excellent.

  Liked: Esta bien ubicado, fácil instrucciones para entrar si llegas fuera de las horas de recepción y para ser un hostal esta muy bien.

  Disliked: Las paredes son finas y se escucha al resto de habitaciones, aunque por suerte en las noches todo estuvo muy silencioso.

  Liked: Nothing!

  Disliked: The worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last 10 years. This property has no parking, and since it’s located in a residential neighborhood, finding a parking space is nearly impossible. Check-in is entirely self-service using a lockbox, and there are no staff on the premises if you need assistance. The room lacked a refrigerator, and the shared fridge in the hallway smelled awful. In Valencia during the summer, having a fridge in the room should be a basic amenity. The bathroom was poorly equipped: there were no hooks for towels, no toilet paper holder, no drinking glass (not even a plastic one), and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Cleanliness was also disappointing. We found dried nasal mucus on one of the towels, the floor was dirty, and there were no slippers provided. The room also felt insecure because there was no interior lock or any other way to secure the door from the inside. The bedding was inadequate as well. The single bed had only a sheet and a thin synthetic bedspread. The double bed had a small sheet and a blanket, and the bed itself squeaked with every movement. The worst part was the air conditioning. It was blasting cold air all night, and there was no thermostat or temperature control in the room. At 2:30 a.m., I messaged the host because we were freezing. They didn’t reply until 5:45 a.m., telling us to adjust the thermostat ourselves. Only then did we discover that the thermostat is located in the lobby and controls the temperature for the entire building. It was set to 22°C, but that temperature reflected the large hallway with a huge window open to the outside, not the actual temperature in our room. There was also a sign next to the thermostat telling guests not to adjust it. By the time we received the reply, the night was almost over, and we had already spent hours freezing. Overall, this property is simply not worth the price.
