Exceptional
Liked: Great and helpful staff. Fully equipped and spacious room.
Disliked: Nothing much, I would consider booking again if I am in Valencia
Although we were not able to see all the sights because of my fall we had a good feeling of Valencia
Liked: The apartment was in a quiet but central area, nicely decorated, the kitchen had all you need, the living room comfortable and the bed excellent.
Disliked: Although the bathroom was large the shower is rather small and the shower floor very slippery. I fell and was lucky not to break my back. We told the personnel they should really put a warning notice

Fabulous location, clean. Shame about the WIFI and uncomfortable bed
Liked: The best thing about this accommodation was the location. Very central could not have asked for better in that respect. The flat was lovely and clean and was cleaned well in the middle of our stay. Staff were friendly on check in - very smiley man at reception who was friendly. Near lots of shops, ideal self catering equipment.
Disliked: So I was disappointed with the apartment, it was expensive for what it was. I reported when we got there via the whatsapp number that the WIFI was not pulling through on the smart TV. So netflix or any streaming service would not work. The reply I got from the staff was that the building was at full capacity so it was unlikely to work - no resolve was given. On checkout the member of staff was informed and she said this should have been rectified with a new router at the time of it being reported. I only booked an apartment style room so we could watch a film on a night. I had to use my own internet from my phone and hotspot it so an extra expense for something that should have been included. For the amount we paid for this place, for wifi not to work is pretty ridiculous. The bed in the bedroom was rock hard, worst bed I've ever slept on, we had to sleep on the sofa bed which was a lot comfier! We were put in a room right opposite the lift, so noisy, woken up all through the night to people coming back - again disappointing when we paid so much. You can hear the people above weeing into the toilet and the water sounds like its running down the side of the apartment when toilet flushing, again woke us up multiple times due to the noise. The room is open plan the living room and bedroom are not separated so not ideal for people with children if you wanted to watch TV on an evening. Shower tiny. Wouldn't stay again.
Great place to stay in Valencia
Liked: The apartment was spacious and the bed was firm but not hard. The location was great for site seeing the central market was a 5 minute walk and the metro was 3 minutes is the other direction, great for getting to the Marina
Disliked: Probably the only thing I can say is it was a little noisy some nights, but nothing too annoying and it was street and traffic noise
