It was a great location, easy access to the bus to get into the city and the view was beautiful

Liked: It was easy to communicate the receptionist was speaking English and I could report everything to her

Disliked: The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was faulty, the shower head was broken, the tap from the tub was dripping too and the drainage was blocked ( this has been fixed but not the shower head)

Awesome customer service! Thank you, Belén

Liked: Belén, who helped us with the check-in was amazing. Our apartment had had A/C problems before our arrival and she made sure we were satisfied with a different option, taking special care of our two little girls. Great customer service!

Disliked: The apartments are worn, but that was ok with us. We don't like perfect homes where we have to forbid our girls to even breath inside the house. We were able to enjoy the apartment as if it was ours and we found everything we needed.
