Excellent location, but shockingly poor standards and unacceptable value for money at over €400 per night
Liked: The location is excellent. Unfortunately, it is practically the only positive aspect of this hotel.
Disliked: For over €400 per night, the overall standard is simply unacceptable. The cleaning was extremely superficial, the bathroom was not properly maintained, the furniture was outdated, and the room door did not close properly, allowing noise from the corridor to be heard constantly. The common areas are gloomy, poorly maintained, and have unpleasant smells. The entrance, elevator, and even the café area feel more like those of a neglected residential building than a hotel. The staff showed little warmth or genuine hospitality. Everything felt cold and impersonal. I stayed in room 603, which has a huge terrace with great potential, but it is completely underused and lacks any charm or thoughtful design. Overall, the property feels like an old, neglected guesthouse rather than a hotel charging premium rates. A deeply disappointing experience and absolutely terrible value for money.

Liked: Staff lovely and friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious, beds were very comfy
Disliked: Shower was a bit snug, could hear maids and other guests quite loudly

Liked: It's the best hotel in Ruzafa. Location is great at the center of everything. The free coffee in the afternoon is a plus:)
Disliked: It is a pricey stay, that's the only dowside. I would love if they had more space, rooms are very small.
