  Makes for a great stay in a beautiful city!

  Liked: When we arrived to collect the keys Gorge was kind enough to walk us to the apartment. 1. Excellent location in the old town, could walk everywhere, supermarkets also very close. 2.Spotlessly clean. 3. Quiet! 4. Comfortable bed. 5. Towels deserve 15 out of 10! Have not had such large towels for years, not even in 5 star hotels. 6. 4 of everthing even though we were a couple, extra sheets as well. 7. Plenty of toilet paper, cleaning goods and well fitted out kitchen and utensils. 8. Great having toilet downstairs and upstairs.

  Disliked: All my "cons" are personal and probably don't apply to most other travellers. 1. I had asked and been told no shutters, but looking at the pictures I did not realise the curtains let in the light from the street lamps, both above the rail and on the sides. If light does not bother you, then ignore this point. 2. Have come to realise that at our age (80, 76), even though we are both very fit, we should stick to accommodation on one level. 3. The bed is very comfortable - we like a firm no-spring mattress and it was great, but there is only one bedside table - picky? 4. Did not use the tv upstairs and the one in the lounge area was on radio, could not get it onto TV. The technician could come later but the time did not suit us and the next day he was off duty. This should have been checked before our arrival. Written instructions would have also solved this. We spent 5 very comfortable nights here, and fully recommend this apartment.

  Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood and location. We would definitely stay again. Just hope they get better buil

  Liked: Fabulous location, lovely holiday apartment with everything you need.

  Disliked: The common areas of the property were in need of maintenance. Light bulbs out and hallway needs painting. Then the elevator completely died halfway through our stay. The apartment was great but the building maintenance was not up to snuff.

  Highly recommended for your Valencia stay!

  Liked: The location was perfect; very central, situated in the old town. The apartment was well presented and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful..10/10! Oh and the bakery/patisserie store a few metres away is a must visit!

  A superb stay in a beautiful city

  Liked: The central location to the old town was wonderful as we could walk everywhere in the old town. The apartment itself has been beautifully maintained. The hosts were easily contactable both remotely and in person as the office is very close by.

  Liked: Excellent location on a quiet street with quick walking access to the Turia Park, main plazas, and Central Market. Having 1 and 1/2 baths was amazing. We really liked the bedroom being a loft. Ample space. Comfortable bed. It has a washer/dryer combo unit, don't put too many clothes in or drying will take forever. Choosing algodón and rápido wash will be the quickest with a fast spin cycle to get the water out of the clothes. The staff is very responsive, fixed a fridge problem first thing in the morning.

  Disliked: Every place has a minus. The sink is in an awkward place due to space requirements and the washer. The size is good though. The kitchen could use a little more counter space but we made it work.
