Disliked: It was dirty, the table, floor, and sofa were stained.
Four nights in Valencia
Liked: The apartment we had was on the first floor. We stayed for 4 nights. Very modern and clean. Included everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I recommend including a couple of cushions and a throw over on the sofa. And pegs for hanging the clothes. Easy to find parking outside. Close to supermarket and shopping mall.
Disliked: The apartment above us was very noisy, probably children jumping and running upstairs, even till late at night. Neighbours should show respect when using the staircase and keep noise to the minimum.
Convenient location and space with limited comforts
Liked: The location is unbeatable with direct access to buses and the metro, as well as a big shopping centre across the road. Apartment size is fair. We also like how clean it is.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Barely any utensils in the kitchen, in fact, there was only one wide bottomed pot to use.
I would recommend
Liked: The location is great. You have all you need nearby. Transport to everywhere, the metro is at 2 minutes, all the shops and restaurants you need. Plus the Mall. You are not far from the main attraction and old town. Plus, the apartment is clean, with absolutely all you ever think you should need.
Disliked: Well, the only issues is the noise. It's not impossible, you could definitely sleep, but be aware it's near a very busy city road.

Disliked: We had a problem with front door
Very new apartment, cosy and modern
Liked: We arrived at about 2 am, and the code for the lockbox didn't work. However, the emergency number we called, worked fine, and the code was reset. The apartment was small but cosy and had quite a big balcony, 2 rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. It is more than enough for our stay. It all looked very new. The beds were fine, air conditioning was very good. There is a shopping centre and a supermarket on the other side of the avenue, which is very convenient.
Disliked: Not much to complain about, although where the building is situated, it can be quite noisy, especially with the windows open. The apartment was fine and clean.

If you arrive after 7 pm, please contact the property to receive instructions for the keys. Late check-in requires online check-in, as it is a legal requirement. Unless this is completed, you won't be able to stay in our apartments.
