Very good
Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was a good communicator and responsive to our needs.
Liked: The accommodation is very clean, spacious and close to the metro station. The owner allowed us to enter the apartment early, and on the last day he allowed us to leave our suitcases until departure
We had everything we needed
Liked: If you're going to be out all day and evening then this apartment is the place for you. It's definitely no frills but the location was superb, metro stop across the road to head into the city centre, lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants all around. The beach and the marina is approx 25/30mins walk. The Hosts were so great. Kept in touch over the weekend with things to do, places to go. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
Disliked: The shower isnt great, it does run hot and cold but knew this from the reviews however the shower head could definitely be replaced with something a bit more up to date. There was no toaster which was a little disappointing.
Liked: The accommodation is close enough to the center to be able to explore everything on foot.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the accommodation and the kitchen smelled like sewage. Please note that the accommodation is on the first floor and the windows are sealed. The air conditioning is only in the living room and it barely worked. Also, the hot water boiler sometimes broke down.

Good value apartment in easy to access spot right beside tube station
Liked: Great location, very close to nearest Metro (Ayora), plenty of space in apartment. Great WiFi. Easy to walk to the beach and easy access to supermarkets and small fruit / Veg shops.
Disliked: Shower is very basic. The approach and general area look a little unkempt but in reality there was great little local non tourist bars and supermarkets on your doorstep.
