  We had a great stay

  Liked: Great location. Apartment was clean and nice decorated. Perfect for two persons. Very friendly host. Close to old town, bakery, supermarket and good place for rental bike on the same street. If you have trouble with stairs or big suitcases, please note there is no elevator and very narrow stairs to the apartment on 3rd floor. Not an issue for us since we were travelling ”light”.

  Liked: Apartment was clean, staff were friendly and on time and pretty much walking distance to el carmen and other places of interest in Valencia

  Visit Valencia

  Liked: Great location, 10 mins walk to the center, 5 mins to the bus, 5-10 mins to Lidl or Marcedina. Park is 5 mins away by foot too. This apartment had everything we needed- well equipped kitchen and the owner left even some essential stuff, like coffee, sugar, herbs, vinegar, washing up liquid. The bed was comfortable, we only found the duvet quite hot ( sorry we use a very thin duvet at home and open windows all year). We had good and helpful communication with the staff and they were very helpful.

  Disliked: We found it difficult to carry the big suitcase up and down the very narrow staircase. If we only had small bags it wouldn't be a problem. There aren't mosquitoes nets on the windows and we were bitten a lot.. Would of been better if there are nets.

  Liked: Perfect location, very near to the heart of the old town...great value for money, Apartment is equipped with all necessities, it can fit 4 people without a problem, and for two of us was really confy. Communication was exceptional. The owners let us leave our stuff in the apartment until afternoon on our last day of stay which was very meaningful to us. Also they let us to check in earlier which was awesome!! I really hope that we will visit Valencia again in the near future and we will definitely choose the same accommodation. An additional plus for a very kind cleaning lady who had patience for us since we were late with our exit.
