  Nice property, good value

  Liked: The property is in a small alleyway in the old town, occupying a grand old building. Front gates look really cool. The main sights and Turia Park are within walking distance. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions via WhatsApp. Staff is fluent in English. The room is rather spacious, a window looking at houses on the opposite side. There is basic amenities and good WiFi. It is a student housing, so they offered free washing machine and dryer, but you need to bring your own detergent and time it well, as other people are using them too. There doesn't seem to be room cleaning services during the two days I stayed, which is understandable for a student housing property, unlike a typical hotel. There is a common kitchen, with several recycling bins set up for paper, plastic, organic etc. wastes, which is very nice and eco-friendly. I like that I can clean and recycle my trash accordingly. From my room, I can hear church bells ringing, which I find charming.

  Disliked: -The alleyway to the property does feel a bit too deserted at night, after dark, for a solo female traveller. -Check-out time is 10:00 which feels slightly too early, in comparison to typical hotels. Which brings us to the next point: -Quote from the property's message: "If you need to leave your luggage for a few hours, you can leave it in the luggage room next to the study room. The luggage room is always kept open as it is the emergency exit. You are hereby notified that we will not be responsible for any loss of your belongings and that you leave your luggage at your own risk." So, I did leave my luggage there for a few hours, and no harm was done, but this does give me anxiety. Consider using a luggage storage service if there's valuable items in your luggage.

  Very good stay. Comfortable & safe

  Liked: Great location in the old town, walking distance from all the monumental places. The room was clean, had a very good AC and the building was calm. It felt very safe and private. Bathroom is big for 1 person so that was great. I had everything I needed! Also the staff that I spoke to were very friendly.

  Disliked: There was a little smell throughout the building and sometimes in the room. It was okay though, no reason to not like this property. Mattress could be a little more comfortable, but it was fine.

  Awesome place to stay at if you are traveling to see Valencia

  Liked: The location is perfect for those that want to be close to the parks, the city center and the various sight seeing places. The place was clean and has great wifi.

  Disliked: There was no water available to get or purchase. I arrived quite late in the evening and did not have any bottled water with me. The sound isolation is not great, but depending on the other people this might or might not be an issue.

  Fabulous accommodation in a great, central location

  Liked: The location was fantastic and the room was very modern and clean. Lovely view over the courtyard.

  Disliked: Very little soundproofing between rooms and also the noise from the street.
