Exceptional
Very pleasant
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing extreme but if I had to say something, the BF not being in the hotel
We loved it
Liked: We love this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. Walking distance from shopping, historical sites, restaurants etc. Would stay again.
Disliked: The room was a little tight but nothing too bad for the amount of time that we spent there.
Room is pretty small
Liked: Close to main street and center
Disliked: Didn't like the idea of asking for my credit card number while my reservation is done and paid through booking.com. breakfast is in a different hotel.
A gem in the heart of Valencia!
Liked: The efforts made by the staff during our stay were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble and if you asked for something to be changed or provided, it was done within meetings, and followed up with a WhatsApp message.
Disliked: A bar or eating area within the property would have been nice, but the provisions made offsite were excellent
Excellent, stylish little boutique hotel located in city centre
Liked: Everything about this little boutique hotel is perfect...location is dead centre of the city, property is stylish, comfortable and spotless clean, staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful, rates are very reasonable. Prior to our check, we communicated by whatsapp with the team of ladies at the reception and they were incredibly obliging about providing information (the city was on red alert for flooding so it was very useful to have on-spot information before our travel)
Disliked: nothing not to like...I tried hard to find something but unable to
Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped my friend and I on different problems that occurred during the trip which was greatly appreciated.
