Exceptional
Comfortable and close to tourist attractions
Disliked: Room without safe box
Liked: We had a great family stay! The room was clean, and the location was perfect for traveling with our 7-year-old—just a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, with excellent bus connections and greatl dining options right nearby. The 24/7 reception made checking in and coming and going completely hassle-free, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Disliked: The apartment we stayed in faced the street, so it was a bit noisy with the windows open, but it was quiet once they were close, so it wasn't a big deal at all for us.
Liked: Great breakfast buffet. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Comfortable
Liked: Spacious room, very clean, nice bed, peacefull location and very good restaurant.
Liked: Nice location, good room.
Disliked: Wi-fi is practically non existing, terrace is unusable due to external ac unit from the room next door.
Liked: The location was great (for the Ciudad de Artes de ciencias). There were also buses connecting the area to the centre or the beach. The room was clean and airconditioned.
Disliked: The room was not very big and at least one of the nights we noticed that the fan in the bathroom was not working.
