Liked: Nothing to write home about,the facilities are completely bad😞
Disliked: The picture shows in the app is totally fraud to what you see, this will devalue booking.com market if remains on the app, please let every facilities place on your app. should enable refundable before accepting publication.i had to check out even though i made an extra payment of 70€ just to be able to check in before my booking time, only to discover the dirtiness of the room only with just a dining chair and i mini bed, very low and poor facility, I did not wait to spend my booked 3 night and my cancellation was denied and the guy i paid the extra 70€to with bizum bluntly said no refund that if i like i should stay or leave, when i went back there to snap the picture,he has already changed the code, that same morning i checked out i also saw 3 guests checking out complaining also.
Liked: It has a good location.
Disliked: It was hard to identify. Some of the facilities didn’t feel clean enough.
Really poor very expensive for what we had

Disliked: Having to share a single bathroom and kitchen with other clients, bathroom v poor no lock on the door small shower fitting broken. Very very expensive for what we had, no air con, substandard lift.
Trip to Valencia
Liked: Roberto provided easy access instructions. The facilities were clean and tidy. The apartment is well situated for North West section of city (botanical gardens), a short walk to nearest metro and a pleasant stroll to the central market area
Disliked: The induction hob needs some instructions (the cleaner helped me). There wasn't a corkscrew in the otherwise well stocked kitchen. Bought one and left it...problem solved (drink problem?....El vino español es sabroso.).
Liked: Space
Disliked: The couch was nasty, needs to be replaced. Look was dingy needs to be repainted. Pink chipped on all the doors trim. My room very! small there was no air flow. Extremely hot. Even with the window open because it was interior wall. You get one towel for multiple days and the towels wouldn't dry cuz it's too hot to humid. Even at the price I don't think I would ever stay here again unless it was cleaned up.
