Exceptional
Liked: The location is very good. The property is clean and spacious. It was a good experience.
I had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place in Valencia. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located, with easy a
Liked: It was close to public transport and local sights.
Disliked: Fans were dusty, and the ventilation is bad.
This is an unreasonable price for an apartment that does not meet residential standards
Liked: The owner, Laura, responded warmly, without any complaints.
Disliked: It is not an apartment, but a technical room. It has no windows and is located on the first floor, where the sleeping area is only two meters away from passers-by through the door. Because of this, at 2 a.m., passers-by knocked on our door and checked whether the door was closed, which I immediately understood. I had to go out several times to calm the people who were standing outside the apartment and talking, perhaps not very loudly, but I could hear every detail of the phone conversation that this person was having. It was impossible to sleep because everything could be heard. The location is not very safe (for me).
Excellent!
Liked: Contact was made easy
Disliked: Can be loud due to being in central location and being on a Main Street
