Very good
This apartmant gave us a nice introduction to our travel to eastern Spain
Liked: I think this is an old business unit converted to a residence. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. One of the advantages is also quick access. Location is okay, not in the posh center but we had a good feeling about safety.
Disliked: We were traveling by car so we decided to use parking garage. The closest one was available but expensive, so we had to park a bit out. // There is also a lot of renovating going on. It's a bit hectic.

Nice overall
Liked: The apartament is nice, bedroom and bathroom are great, and contains all the necessary commodities for a couple of days (we only had breakfast at home).
Disliked: For the warm summer days, it was hard to fall asleep with the heat (the AC wasn't cooling as expected, but the host informed would get it checked soon). We also found a cockroach in the kitchen (at least it was already dead...) - it's not great but with the apartment at street level, can easily happen.

Liked: Extremely clean and comfortable. Caring welcome package. Great location - half an hour walk into the city center, right by the city park, several supermarkets nearby. Very well-stocked kitchen. Easy and efficient communication and check-in/check-out. Easy to reach from the airport. One of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had so far.
Disliked: Turning on the AC produces a smell like stagnant water. Not sure why. Interior room and bathroom have no window, but it’s obvious from the photos, so you know what you get into. Finding the inconspicuous outside door and locking the inside door was not intuitive - you have to turn up the handle first and then lock. I hadn’t encountered this door type before.
A disappointing and stressful stay in unsanitary conditions, followed by unjustified damage claims from the host
Liked: The location was relatively convenient and the apartment looked acceptable in photos. Unfortunately, in reality the overall condition and living environment did not meet even basic comfort or hygiene standards.
Disliked: The living conditions were very poor. The apartment had a constant strong smell of sewage and feces, which made it extremely uncomfortable to stay there. The ventilation and plumbing system clearly did not function properly. The heating system was not working upon arrival – we had to assemble and adjust the heater ourselves in order to have any warmth at all. This is not something guests should ever be responsible for. We spent very little time in the apartment, using it almost only for sleep, because the odor and overall atmosphere were unbearable. After our stay, the host accused us of causing “damage” to walls and plinths near the windows – areas we never touched and did not even use. We categorically deny causing any damage. These claims appear unfounded and look like an attempt to unfairly charge us additional money.
