Great quiet apartment amazing location
Liked: Fab location for the historic centre. Easy to find office, could leave luggage safe before and after checking in or out. Very friendly staff. Apartment very quiet as on top floor. Lift in building. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Disliked: There was a terrible unbearable bad smell from the kitchen sink pipe, washing machine area and the bathroom shower. We had to keep the windows open 24h to be able to stay there and sleep. The property administrator send a very nice and helpful handy man who managed to fix a bit the odor from the shower but the rest stayed the same in spite of him trying his best. The administrator was trying to explain that in the old town it’s normal because the pipes are old but it’s not true for all the buildings. This one smells even on the ground floor the moment you get in. The apartment is on the 5th floor but it doesn’t help. I stayed in Valencia old town many times in different locations and never had si j an unpleasant experience This flat shouldn’t be rented out in those toxic conditions!!
Liked: Fantastic location. The apartment is spacious and had all the equipment we needed for a relaxing stay. Easy check in and out. We would definitely book the same place again.
If you want location it is a fantastic apartment but if staying in the heat of summer the air con needs to be better
Liked: Location was excellent. Central to everything.
Disliked: Upon arrival we were told the lift was broken and we were on floor 5, so had to walk up a lot of stairs everytime with luggage and a child. This issue was not resolved during our stay. In addition whilst there is air conditioning it is a big apartment and therefore we didn’t find it effective.
Great location but the lack of aircon means I wouldn’t recommend
Liked: The location is absolutely fantastic. In the heart of the old town next to the cathedral. Paid underground Parking right beside the apartment (48 euro for two days)
Disliked: Unfortunately there is no air con only one fan in the bedroom Impossible to sleep (stayed end of June) as the temperature in the room was 31 degrees (we had to put bottles of water in the freezer to lie with them on us in the bed!) the humidity was horrendous Not possible to open the windows as the street noise continues throughout the night(various bars etc just downstairs) Such a shame as everything else about the apartment is perfect but wouldn’t rebook unless it was in the winter months
