  Accomodation in Valencia

Liked: The flat is clean and new.

Disliked: The microwave doesn't function. It is necessary to put instructions for the home appliances.

  Nice place!

Liked: I liked that there was a lot of space. It’s great for one or two people. The kitchen was well equipped so I could cook breakfast. There’s also a bakery at the end of the street which is great and a supermarket 3 minutes away. Also, the Turia park is 10’ away walking so I could go running and the metro station in 7’ away.

Disliked: It’s a bit dark. The only windows are the entrence ones. If you’re there to visit and spend most of your time out then that’s ok.

I would not stay in this location. Lack of good food and the unit was hard to find and damp

Disliked: There was black mold growing on the mattress (under the pillow area of the bed) and ants in the bathroom. We purchased a spray to get rid of the ants. Both of us were sick with a sore throat and cold like symptoms which most likely came from the black mold. I would NEVER stay here again. The directions to the unit were very unclear. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and there were few resturants (primarily pizza and Kebabs or Donar) and low quality food in the area.

Budget accommodation, okay for winter stay but suspect would be uncomfortable in the summer

  Liked: Clean. Good fan.

Disliked: Ground floor location. Other than at the front door, no windows; was like staying in a cave.
