Fabulous
Comfortable, well equipped, central apartment. Full of character with restaurants and bars right on the doorstep
Liked: A very comfortable and central apt in a busy neighbourhood. Perfect for exploring Valencia. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep and close to bus stops and train stn. The apartment was well equipped with lots of towels, toiletries and odds and ends for cooking.
Disliked: Too many electrical appliances/ lights on at the same time causes electricity to “trip”. Probably because it’s an old building full of character. Better to use washing machine in the evening/ late afternoon. Apart from that, all good!!
Fabulous location of studio with helpful host
Liked: The location was great with direct access to numerous restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the plazas. Host Raul was very personable and helpful to us.
Disliked: As others have mentioned, the narrow staircase access to the property, but considering the age of the property, that’s to be expected and nothing can be done about this. The studio has a very pretty balcony (one of the reasons I booked this studio) but sadly the balcony was too narrow for sitting on unless you’re a very small person or child maybe! The sliding door to the bathroom was quite awkward to slide open and could do with some adjustment or replacement of existing door runners. Some attention needed to bathroom fixtures due to general wear and tear, but didn’t deter from our overall experience.

Disliked: Property was on an upper floor and no elevator. If you have knee problems or any heart condition, ask for a lower floor apartment.
Good place in a great location. Short walking distance to a lot of attractions in Valencia
Liked: Location was good and property was clean
Disliked: It could get noisy due to a few restaurants on the street but it wasn’t overly excessive.
Exceptional
Liked: The appartment position is ideal to enjoy Valencia. Located in the Ciutat Vella just behind the Mercat Central and about a hundred meters from Placa de l'Ayuntament, it allows you to visit Valencia walking to all the main places in the center. After a few minutes walking you can also take a bus or the underground to reach the farthest places as the Oceanografic or the Bioparc or the Playa de Malvarrosa (however Valencia is not too big and having a long walk or a bike ride is really relaxing). There are a lot of very good restaurants in the zone where to eat spanish food as paella or tapas but you have also some really special italian restaurants for such a good pizza like you were in Naples. Finally a special thank to Raul, who was really kind since from our booking, giving us suggestions and all the information we needed.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect for us.
