Guest reviews
Pleasant
Easy and Well located place
Liked: the location is perfect to go to the Fair, Feria de Valencia, 2 min walk. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean.
Disliked: The password for the Wifi despite being written on the door, was not working. Also, even if the weather was still warm, only one sheet on the bed was not enough to keep us warm
Not recommended: cleanliness and pest issues
Liked: The staff acknowledged the problem when we showed them the photos of the bedbugs and agreed to a refund.
Disliked: We chose this hotel because we had a 3-day event at Fira Valencia (Oct 15-18) and needed to be there on consecutive days. We found several live bed bugs (including a nymph) on the wall, on the bedside table and near the bedding. We took photos and reported it to reception. The room and the hotel overall were also not clean and very outdated. Management agreed to a refund and said they would arrange pest treatment, but we still had to leave at 2 AM and find another hotel at the last minute, then treat all our belongings once home. A refund does not make up for that stress and effort. We will not be returning, even if the stay were free.
Poor
Disliked: Noise at 2am
