Exceptional
Good value for money:)
Liked: I like how its located close to bus stops and a short walk to Russafa area. The apartment was clean, and everything is as pictured. Also we’re here for the Valencia Half Marathon and I think the location is perfect.
Disliked: We did not expect that the apartment to be on the ground floor, and is directly off the main road. Though the traffic noise did not bother us, the ceiling fan which was also the main source of lighting in the room was loud and we couldnt turn it on and relied on the air conditioner from the living room. We couldnt use the ceiling fan lighting either.
Liked: Clean, OK design
Disliked: a bit noise as it's on the ground floor and next to the restaurant, limited natural light
Disliked: Location is on the Avenida with heavy traffic and the appartment is on the street level. Very noisy and unpleasant for sleeping and staying there.

Liked: Very nice, sweet and clean apartment. Comfortable bed, bathroom with lot of amenities. Iron, washing machine.... Excellent value.
Disliked: The entrance is directly from the street and there is a noise during the night from the building elevator. Check in is too late if you ask me.

Liked: New space and extremely clean - 10 out of 10! We went for the Valencia Marathon, we only stayed 2 nights, but the place is ideal for a long stay. It has washing machine, iron and everything you can imagine you will need during your stay. It even has a hair difusor - people with curly hair will understand how important is that in our routine. We booked this place after a last minute cancelation of our previous booking and we couldn't be more satisfied. We don't know exactly how far it is from the main attractions because we only went for the marathon and with the storm Dana everything was a bit different, but I am sure there are transports nearby.
