Fabulous
well-equipped place to stay
Liked: A perfectly thought-out apartment equipped with everything you might need; it’s compact and cozy. It’s very convenient for staying with a child: the bedroom is separate, so the light doesn’t disturb anyone. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket right next door. The location is just three minutes from the metro (with a direct line to the airport), and there are buses heading in all directions. We could even walk to our destinations in about half an hour, even with a baby stroller. Many thanks to the host for such a wonderfully well-equipped place to stay.
Disliked: There is still no shower curtain, so water splashes all over the bathroom, and the door doesn’t close properly. The code to retrieve the keys was sent via WhatsApp exactly at the check-in time—even though we had asked for it to be sent earlier, since we didn’t have a local phone number and had to go searching for Wi-Fi.
Liked: We had a lovely stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was within easy access to metro and buses. We had a late flight on the day we were leaving and the landlord was very kind to let us stay later than checkout. Thank you.
Disliked: I would have preferred if the bedroom was separate to the rest of the apartment but I think this is normal for apartment living in Valencia so it wasn't really a problem for a few days, just something to note.
Comfortable and good location
Liked: The property was bigger than the actual pictures, which is great, everything was good, the location is perfect.
Disliked: Everything was good
An apartment with a lot of potential, but some action is needed
Liked: - Modern - Great location - Nice decorated
Disliked: - Cockroaches - Horrible sewers smells (it became unbearable at some point) - Cleaning was a bit disappointing - Clogged sink - Host was not very responsive - Stained towels
Liked: Everything was great! The owner of the apartment was in touch with me all the time, she was very kind and helpful! The location is great, there are lots of bars around. The apartment was great and clean! Thank you!
Cozy flat
Liked: We appreciated very much the flexibility and availability of our hosts.
Disliked: The flat tends to be a bit dark during the day, but that's because the flat is on the ground floor.
