Disliked: Very small room
Great value for money fur a quick trip to valencia. Host is very quick to respond with any questions

Liked: I had a whole second floor for myself, everything was perfect and as soon as you follow instruction which they sent you wont have any problem to find apartments. Everything was perfect and clean. Have in mind that bathroom is not in a room but since you are only person at the second floor that wont be a problem. Bathroom is in another room next to you.
Disliked: I never wrote bad review in my life but i must write this!!You are forced to pay 50e deposit for possible damage of apartment and after everything well they told me that i will get money back and i received only 7e back because of some fees! Have in mind that you will pay 50e more for apartment, this is pure stealing from your clients and criminal activity! I spent a lot of time in chat with them because of this, avoid them and pay fore something else with this 50e more!
Disliked: 1. Misleading Information: The room size and exact location were not specified on Booking.com. When booking, the platform shows multiple photos of different rooms and shared areas, but it is impossible to know which exact room is being booked. The listing does not specify which photos correspond to the actual room assigned to the guest. As a result, the reservation was made under misleading visual representation, which does not comply with Booking.com transparency standards. The room I received was approximately 1.5 x 3 meters, without a window, or air conditioning. This is not suitable for human accommodation, does not comply with the Comunidad Valenciana regulations on tourist housing. "Cuando … las viviendas de uso turístico … cumplan las normas de diseño y calidad para los edificios de vivienda … en lo referente a la relación entre los distintos espacios o recintos, dimensiones lineales, circulaciones horizontales y verticales, huecos de ventilación e iluminación, aparcamientos e iluminación y ventilación de las viviendas y el edificio" 2. Lack of Transparency and Contact: The property did not provide a valid address or contact phone number. All communication was restricted to the internal chat; no WhatsApp or emergency contact was available. I was asked to pay the 50€ deposit manually via Bizum or bank transfer before receiving the check-in instructions. This is unacceptable for a Booking.com reservation, as payments should be handled automatically through the platform. The assigned room measured approximately 1.5 × 3 meters and had no window, only a small ventilation grille, without any access to fresh air or daylight. There was no air conditioning or other ventilation system to available for my adjustment. Such conditions are not suitable for human accommodation. The shared bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken shower holder and no proper maintenance.
My stay was pleasant. Will comeback
Liked: That fact the area was quiet. Didn’t mind the location when with it being 20 minutes from Centre or 30 minutes from beach. Transportation was helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that needs to be adjusted is a mount for the shower head. Didn’t understand why there wasn’t one.
