Fabulous
Liked: Very good location, good apartmen, everything clean.Good comunication with hotels stuff.
Amazing
Liked: Unit and location. Plus very responsive host.
Disliked: Code was not working so had to use keys.
This is not worth more than 2 out of 5 stars
Liked: Cleaner and maintenance come when called. Contact via WhatsApp is fast and staff is polite. Our apartment had everything advertised on Booking.com (AC, kitchen, dishes, etc).
Disliked: Ants and bugs are daily visitors, even at the shower. The pillow was filled with ants at our arrival. Mold is present on the fridge, walls are dirty, the light switches were so dirty that we could not touch them, we had to wash them all. For 14 days, they gave us only 3 dishwasher pods, and nothing for the washing machine. A very big pain point was that we mixed up the arrival date, and paid extra for one night. They were adamant that nothing can be done, no refund, nor other agreement could be made. Also, we paid the deposit 150 euro, and when we left, the refund was less than half, due to oversea fees, that we had to pay without notice. Definitely not going back again, not for a family vacation, for sure.
Very spacious and well located apartment to explore Valencia
Liked: Clean, easy and friendly staff. Very close to the old town and center, so it’s amazing to explore the city
Disliked: The door to the staircase as well as the windows to the street are not good isolated -> noisy at night
Good
Liked: The washing machine and kitchen!
Disliked: House keeping.
Liked: Lovely to have the large balcony.
