Liked: Good location nice property
Disliked: Apt was on the smaller side for 3 people and soda bed not very comfortable

Liked: I had a very disappointing experience at Limehome Valencia Carrer d'Antonio Ferrandis, despite the fact that the rest of our stay was actually quite good. We stayed from 30 June to 13 July 2026 for a family holiday. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed a slight sewage/gutter smell. We initially thought it was coming from outside, so we aired the apartment, but the smell remained. The next day, we discovered a serious plumbing problem. Every time we flushed the toilet, water came up through the shower drain. We left the apartment in the morning and returned in the evening to find sewage and faeces coming out through the shower drain. As it was already nighttime, I contacted Limehome immediately. The call centre tried to arrange something, but nothing was done that evening. The following morning, we waited for someone to come, but nobody arrived. We eventually had to leave the apartment simply to be able to use a bathroom, and we were fortunate that there was a shopping mall nearby. When I contacted Limehome again, I was told by the operator that this was a known issue that could happen from time to time and that they could not fix it. They offered us another apartment and told us that we could use the bathroom in the other apartment until we could move there the following day. Unfortunately, the replacement apartment had problems as well. The glass shower door was out of place and could not be opened, the kitchen sink pipe was not properly connected, and the clothes drying rack was not properly stored. We reported these issues and were told that someone would come to fix them. We moved to the new apartment the following morning and stayed there waiting for someone to come, rather than risk leaving and finding nobody there again. We ended up waiting until the afternoon before the problems were finally resolved.

Good location and facility
Liked: Interaction host: very good, rapid response, electronic access to the facility and rapid check-out. Room: very clean, nice facility and modern.
Disliked: The sofa-bed: deficient, it was not level, the feet portion was 30 degrees downward. The hotel response was that every room have the same sofabed and leg down was the normality. Not appropriate response, not intentional to find a solution, even as my constant complaints. Therefore, do not rent it if you have a guest that needed
Liked: Good location, clean, modern.
Disliked: Bathroom Faucet had a fixing issue. Door and locks were in a bad shape and were hars to close properly. Some insects were popping up from time to time.
