  Liked: The apartment has a good location, a large bathroom, and comfortable beds.

  Disliked: The kitchen has no oven, the terrace cannot be used, and there is no furniture—the price should be adjusted to reflect this. The internet is very weak.

  Stay away from this "property management " rental unites

  Liked: Uber took us to this property to check in, it was a closed metallic door. When we contacted the hotel, we were told that we had to go to a different location to collect the keys, took another uber. The said that room will be ready at 4, we waited in the office of property management till 4. Room was not ready till 5. Then we had to take another uber to where the rental place was.

  Disliked: In the middle of night the roof started leaking in our apartment. Imagine the feelings that we had. We took the video and pictures, send it the rental management office. They said that they will HAVE to come in the morning to fix the ceiling. Imagine they wanted to do construction while we are there. We refused, asked to be relocated. Nothing happened, one manger, wrote that will refund the cleaning charges and issue us 30 Euro credit. I contacted them a few times. They said I will receive it within 5 to 10 days, NOTHING has arrived after 15 days, This "property management" operation, lacks the necessary integrity, credibility and operational standards.

  The property is beautiful. Very close to walkably reach the Joaquin Sorolla station

  Disliked: The instructions to enter the building and apartment could be better. I had to slide on door number in the app. I had no idea I had to do that. I texted on the app but the reply did not come in time. Finally, a neighbor helped us. I thank that neighbor. There was also a remote control for airconditioning but I did not know where to aim it at. I think the aircontioning was centrally controlled. There were no instructions on how to change the temperature in a particular unit.

  Disliked: I do not like contactless entry. They rely too much on internet LINKS - multiple links that were difficult to access and to know which one contained info we needed. Wr arrived late and very tired due to airline delays and the keyless entry/electronic system had issues. The contact number did answer our call and stayed on the phone with us while we struggled to make the lock work- which it did eventually open. Also even tho the room can accommodate4 people, we were three, the shower is completely see through glass so not comfortable for non-romantic couples? Why gave a completely glass shower in a room designed to hold more than one couple? Otherwise it could be comfortable for a longer stay with amenities like a patio, table and sitting area, fridge, dishes. But knowing we were three people (which they certainly did as they required every person to complete an extensive registration online) the other amenities (towels, glasses, toiletries sets, etc.) were set up for only two, so again, contactless made it feel like they just don’t really care about their guests. Neighborhood felt “sketchy” for late night arrival, again contactless made this more pronounced. But very close to train and rental car companies. In the end, it was fine.
