  Liked: Location, automated check-in and check-out, cleanliness.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi signal weakens or drops out in certain areas. The door to the balcony remains effectively open—a detail that does not align with the apartment's renovation. It is extremely noisy during the day; there is construction machinery right behind the building (for the time being, this is not the best option for joining conference calls or working remotely).

  Nice appartment for a stay in Valencia

  Liked: We choose this appartment because it‘s close location to the beach. Very much space with a full equiped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and we felt very welcome in this appartment. A small balcony with some seating option which is very relaxable especially after a long walk in the city.

  Disliked: We recieved the code for the entrace door and the key box at 4pm. Would be great to get earlier access to the appartment especially when the weather isn‘t that good. Bathroom is a little bit used, a glow up of the shower (especially the shower door) and the wardrobe would be recommended.

  Liked: The location was not bad. We could easily walk anywhere

  Disliked: The check in time on booking.com said 15h00 but when I did the online check in we could only check in 16h00. Upon arrival we found the microwave and the dryer not working - I informed them immediatly. The microwave was replaced 15h00 the day before we checked out - which was more than a day after I informed them - and the dryer was never fixed - they just said "Sorry for the inconvenience" so I had to use a laundromat. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You pay alot of money for facilities you dont get.

  If you have no choice then you can stay at this property otherwise chose somewhere better and communicate before about a

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: They offer a property with view and balcony. We paid for the offered offer and when we were there they brought us to the back house in ground floor with no view no balcony and very dark. We called them to change but they said the only way is to cancel and leave. Every night it was loud from the apartment above and every morning there was a work site by neighbors.

  The flat location is in the middle to everything but not close to anything by walk. It is not a hotel, price/perform

  Liked: Easy connections with buses and also 15-20 min walk to the beach.

  Disliked: Shower door was not closing properly, after every shower the bathroom floor was wet. The room had a balcony to the back side, which is a construction site. We could not use it at all due to dust from building work. There was no vacuum cleaner, hard to keep the flat clean from sand and dust.

  Location is perfect. Can walk to the nearest beach, mercado, convenient stores..but not excellent

  Liked: - There are two location it seems. The booking.com is pointed to another property and the portal is pointed to another one. It was confusing, but was sorted out as the host was very helpful. - Apartment is big. Complete with major equipments ie. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, stove.. - Location is fantastic. I can walk to beach and to Cabanyal.

  Disliked: - The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It seems that it's already been used many times. We stayed for 2 weeks and sleeping in uncomfortable sofa bed ruined the vacation. - At least some few nights we couldn't sleep due to partying of people upstairs. Walking in heels and moving furniture upstairs. At one point, my husband went upstairs to talk to them. - Very noisy due to building construction, bar downstair, people in the streets. Closing doors minimize the noise. - advertised as separated bedrooms but, it's an open space - missing small items like pot holders, dishwashing tablets, additional cloth to clean, we had to buy. the bathroom basin drains very slowly. - WIFI stop working in middle of our stay. New connection was given but it's slow and not useful. - Definition of "View" means view of a construction site. - Don't open your door even for a little bit, mosquitoes will keep coming. Prepare some mosquito repellant.
