  Everything went well and we had a good time

  Liked: Lots of local cafes. 20 mins walk from centre. Shops to buy food.Views of the city. Roig arena had lots going on.

  Liked: Very clean, easy check in and check out.

  Disliked: The only thing I would suggest improvement of is the shower head. When on the wall, the jet goes straight to the opposite wall, it needs to be amended because it floods the bathroom floor

  Small water heater. Good location

  Liked: The location is very good. We were with two kids and a stroller, so the elevator in the building was a great plus.

  Disliked: Main problem is the very small water heater. We were family of four-2 children and it was impossible to have a shower. We had to wait for the water heat up after each one of us was in the bathroom for a short shower. There is no balcony/terrace and you hang your laundry outside the window at 13th floor. I saw it is common there, but still would prefer if there was an indoor hanger.

  Great stay for a couple of days in Valencia

  Liked: Great communication with the host in charge of the apartment. We were also allowed to stay a little bit after the check out limit, witch was great as we had to work for a couple of extra hours in that specific day. Apartment has everything you need for a couple of days stay.
