Very good
Good location and facilities
Liked: Good value for money and very easy check-in process. Opening the door is by smartphone, so a physical key or card would be good also (panic of running out of batery 😅). The place itself is good for solo travelers (like me) or a couple, and for short stays. The location is good, 30-40 min walk to historical center, and some good bus lines. I miss some outside view (the room has no windows), but again, for short stays is good. The plaza outside is noisy after 5pm with kids playing, otherwise very quiet place. Definitely recommend this place and host.

Liked: The cleanliness and the price/quality relationship were the best properties.
Disliked: Upon arrival, it was difficult to get access to the apartment (the link provided did not work). The door could be opened remotely which did not give a very comfortable feeling. Also the WIFI did not work consistently.
Liked: Good location, close to the city center (15 min by foot), clean and has everything you need including washing machine, iron, coffee machine etc. Close to food shops, restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The check-in process was frustrating because access to the apartment is entirely phone-based, with no physical key provided. The initial link I received to unlock the door was broken, leaving me unable to enter. Since it was late in the evening, I had to contact support for assistance. Unfortunately, when I returned from dinner, I encountered the same issue. The replacement link also failed to work, and I had to contact support again. The support team was responsive and helpful, but relying exclusively on a phone for access can be risky. Guests should make sure their phone is charged at all times and carry a charger or power bank when going out, as a dead battery could leave them unable to enter the apartment or contact support. Another drawback is the lack of windows. The only natural light comes through the entrance door, which has frosted glass.
