Very disappointed with the room, the reviews were misleading

Liked: The location and the views from the room

Disliked: When we arrived at the room, we noticed that the room was not even close nor similar to the images shown in the offer when we selected our room at Booking. It didn't have air conditioning as the room reserved had in their description and details. The room had a painted glass door and neither the door nor the walls were prepared for acoustic and noise, everything could be heard.
