A very pleasant surprise
Liked: Super clean, great location, lovely staff
Liked: History, very clean, very comfortable and the amazing high ceilings
Disliked: I felt the staff were under pressure and therefore a little unfriendly
We only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the location
Liked: A beautifully converted old convent perfectly located and with a very friendly team.
Disliked: The room was quite small and the double bed was very small.
Liked: The location is excellent, easy access and easy to move around.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable, the breakfast was ok, not much on cut fruit, not variety on bread selection neither cheese.

Disliked: The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming on check in and check out Her screen was more important than us. We were invisible Standing there being completely ignored until we had to make her check us in and out
