  Enjoyable

  Liked: Great location near the old city center. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms have been renovated, but the window frame in the bathroom could use a fresh coast of paint. Free parking and access.

  Good value for money for the hotel stay we needed

  Liked: Perfect for what we needed, basic facilities but clean and tidy. Hotel staff were always pleasant.

  Disliked: Aircon didn’t get very cold so made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

  Not good

  Liked: Location was okay.

  Disliked: Staff were not friendly - asked for water on two occasions for our children - denied and said no go to a shop? What sort of customer service is that? It was late and they are young children you can’t offer water? Asked for rooms close to the children we were in different floors. We left a night early even though we paid as it just wasn’t good. Breakfast not good either very limited

  Liked: Good location for what we were doing (touring by car). Breakfast in cafe opposite. The hotel had a good-sized outside carpark, and even so, there was plenty of parking if needed in the road outside. Deceptively quiet location.
