  Disliked: The booking says they have air-conditioning but they fail to mention that it's only on from 11am to 10pm or so. Its important for clients to know. We got there at midnight in the heart of summer, with kids and it was extremely hot.

However, there were only blankets on the beds in the bedrooms, and there were no proper duvets. There were no blankets or duvets provided for the sofa bed in the living room either. As a result, the three of us were extremely cold during the night and were actually woken up by the cold. We all seem to have developed cold symptoms as a result. Apart from the lack of proper bedding, the other facilities were complete, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. However, not providing sufficient bedding is a serious problem, especially when the accommodation was booked for three adults. We completed the online check-in before 10:00 p.m. At 10:15 p.m., after we arrived at the hotel, we called and sent messages to the staff/service personnel, but received no response at all. There was nobody available to help us, leaving us with no way to obtain the missing bedding during the night. I would like to make a formal complaint about this accommodation. I believe the lack of sufficient bedding, the fact that we were left without proper blankets or duvets during the night, and the complete lack of response from the staff after our arrival are unacceptable. I would like you to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.

  Don't cut costs to impact guests

  Liked: The apartment was clean and a good space

  Disliked: They have tried to cut cost at every opportunity, you are not allowed AC on outside of pre determined hours which meant the room was +30 degrees and when asked if we could turn it on we were told no. Also one loo roll and fridge and freezer both turned off. I am for saving electric but this impacts guest experience

  Liked: The room is large, very clean and fully equipped with facilities

  Disliked: When booking, it was confirmed that the parking space was a private. When I arrived, I found that the street downstairs was full of cars and it was a public parking lot(some youngers playing football near). The underground parking lot inside the hotel charged me 15 euros extra per night. There was also a power outage during the period and the door was closed and I couldn't enter.
