  Liked: The shared bathroom was modern and clean. The room was clean.

  Disliked: The money was taken immediately upon booking and no refunds allowed. I received spurious text messages showing my booking reference asking me to authenticate my bank card - which I ignored. They may have been hacked. The hostel was located next to a very busy road - many lorries that went on until late at night. I felt uneasy when they took a photo of my passport.

  Liked: Friendly staff, replied and helped quickly when contacted with phone. Place is clean and the interior downstairs is charming. Rooms facing courtyard were quiet from noise. Connection to the city center with bus easy and ok!

  Disliked: Washing detergent used on bedsheets and towels had a fairly strong scent, that was bothering a bit. Bus connections to the center don’t ride very late.

  Accomodation for car travelers, looking for quite place

  Liked: Old stone building with ancient atmosphere, well maintained, clean. Proper communication with staff via messenger.

  Disliked: Wi-Fi is not available. Distant location from Vitoria centre

  Clean, comfortable and convenient

  Liked: The property was clean and convenient with access to the main road and good parking facilities. There was also a bus service that takes you directly into Vitoria-Gasteiz, which takes about 20 minutes.

  Disliked: We visited in July and we had one of the front facing rooms, so it was very warm as the sun was on the room all day. There was a fan provided in the room but it didn’t really do much.

  Liked: I enjoyed the quietness and the environment was okay also 👌

  Disliked: The one time I wasn't happy with is when we check in the room, there was no fan and the weather was very hot,there was no way we could have sleep well In That type of hotness 🔥 but it was provided after 2 days...
