  Lovely hotel with very welcoming hosts

  Liked: Modern, clean and very welcoming host. Easy access to the garage. Bus route 5 to the centre was only a 2 minute walk away and the return journey on route 7 arrived close by.

  Disliked: A little far from the centre without getting public transport.

  Good option to stay in Vitoria Gasteiz outside the city center but not too far from it. The hotel is clean and comfortab

  Old fashioned standards in a contemporary setting. Refreshing, recommended

  Liked: Modern, very well appointed, most unusual hotel, reasonably close to the city centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful

  disappointed

  Disliked: It was a modern hotel in a poorer suburb, the facilities in the hotel and the local area were sparse and we would have been much better off in the old town. This was quite an expensive hotel and yet we still had to pay extra for parking and breakfast, which was two slices of toast and coffee.
