  Clean, reliable accommodation in a fantastic location

  Liked: Good, basic, clean accommodation with very friendly staff in a great location.

  Disliked: It’s no frills, but good value for money. The check-in process with the kiosk is quite tedious.

  Good but could be better

  Liked: The location is very good. The cleaning was satisfactory. The comfort was good.

  Disliked: No AC meant the rooms were quite hot and there was no ventilation in the bathroom

  Good stay in the centre

  Liked: Once in the place is clean,comfortable,quiet and has fast wifi. Had a bidet and good shower. We already knew parking is available nearby at the Atrium and there is EV charging there too. Location is right in the center,ideal for exploring the old town.

  Disliked: To get in we had to stand outside in a small porch way and input our booking reference,passport details,scan things in etc which took some time. It's on a busy street with people walking by.We did see a man on reception when leaving in the morning but no-one was around when we arrived at late afternoon.

  Not recommended, reasonable location, no staff seen, awful checkin machine

  Disliked: Dreadful checkin experience, lack of communications - phone number didn’t work No aircon so windows were open and we have very poor sleep due to all the outside noise from bars, people talking in the street, bin men etc
