  Liked: A wonderful place. Great location in the centre. A beautifully refurbished old building. My room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. I had access to a large communal kitchen area where there was cake and biscuits, a fridge (with milk and juice),a kettle, microwave etc.

  Disliked: I liked everything. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

  Liked: Very modern amd comfortable place to stay. The shared kitchen/living room area with complimnetary coffee and cakes was great. Location great. Would stay here again for sure. You can park bikes securely in the PVerde garage about 100m from the hotel for 1 euro per night.

  Disliked: Mi experiencia con este hotel ha sido profundamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, indignante. Por un error involuntario, una de mis reservas se canceló. En cuanto me di cuenta, hice una nueva reserva y me alojé igualmente en el hotel durante mi estancia. A pesar de ello, el hotel se ha negado sistemáticamente a devolverme el importe de la reserva cancelada. He intentado resolver esta situación por todos los medios posibles, tanto directamente con el hotel como a través de Booking.com. Booking me confirmó que el reembolso dependía de la autorización del hotel, pero la dirección ha rechazado hacerlo sin ofrecer una solución razonable. Como resultado, siguen reteniendo un dinero que considero que deberían haberme reembolsado. Más allá de este problema, el servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. La comunicación ha sido inexistente y la actitud de la dirección ha sido totalmente inflexible. Además, el hotel ni siquiera dispone de una recepción atendida de forma permanente, por lo que si surge cualquier incidencia o emergencia, resulta muy difícil encontrar a alguien que pueda ayudarte. Por todo ello, no puedo recomendar este hotel. Si vais a alojaros en Vitoria, mi consejo es que valoréis otras opciones, como el NH, donde espero que el trato al cliente sea mucho más profesional.

  Liked: We had a rooftop room and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation has been newly renovated and furnished with great taste. It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, yet very quiet, in a beautiful historic building. The air conditioning worked very well - much appreciated during the heat wave. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The electronic check-in process worked perfectly and was easy to use. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.
