  Plain and simple, clean and delightful!

  Liked: No frills, but very comfortable. Well located in easy walking distance of everything. The host was delightful in spite of the language barrier. The two beers in the fridge was a nice touch, though sadly, I did not get to drink them

  Liked: We were warmly welcomed and our request for some additional things was quickly met. The room was a good size and tastefully decorated. Pension Amaia is on the edge of the historic centre and close to shops, bars and restaurants. From the bus station it's quicker to take the tram, there are 2 lines but both go near to the pension. At present the trams stop just after the new cathedral due to track refurbishment and this stop is fine. Should you want to walk just follow the tram line. The host only speaks Spanish so work out what you want to say first.

  Nice and comfortable

  Liked: Very comfortable room, with cleaning service, necessary amenities, excellent location with walking distance to main attractions but also good access to public transportation. Good communication with the host, Juan was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend for stay in this beautiful green city!

  Disliked: Just take into account that there are a few stairs before the elevator.

  Liked: Juan is the best host, very friendly towards us and our kids and very helpful and eager to meet our needs. The room was even better than the pictures and was being cleaned every day. The location is ideal.
