Fabulous
Liked: Everything was perfect. We had an issue with our key and they helped us with it.
Liked: Comfy bed and very nice location
Disliked: When we went the kitchen area was dirty. They had forgotten to clean the kitchen area and to throw away the trash bag of the previous clients. There were also some rests from food and drinks on and around the table. When communicated they were very friendly and offered a solution but we did not consider it necessary as we were only staying one night. There is no airco, ventilator or curtains to protect from the sun.
Liked: Superb location and very interesting accommodation
Liked: Good location
Disliked: We had the room on the ground floor, so you can‘t open or tilt the windows. Feels like a cave
Comfortable apartments in a great location
Liked: Amazing location, the apartments were very comfortable (we were two families, so got two apartments right next to each other). The rooms were clean, beds comfy. The host was very helpful during a small hiccup at the check-in.
Disliked: It would have been great if there were some items that make a short-term stay more comfortable, such as salt, oil, basic spices.
A good central location for a short stay
Liked: The location was excellent- very central. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels fresh and clean. There were a couple of coffee pods and washing up liquid/a washing machine pod/dishwasher tablet - which were helpful. Communication prior to our entry was good and we were advised as soon as the property was available to us - which was before we had expected entry. Although the space was compact it was well equipped
Disliked: The property opened directly onto the street so there was some road noise and opening windows was a challenge because it was a busy road. There was no bath mat or bathroom fan and the shower created a wet floor. We used the mop but this wasn’t ideal. Without ventilation we couldn’t get our washing dry so only used the washing machine once - which was a shame. When we entered the property we attempted to access the security lock box following the instructions we had been given, but they didn’t work. In my only communication with the agents, I shared this issue, but they were unresponsive- indicating an ‘expert’ was required, but never following this up with us, which was disappointing.
